Indian Mahogany, about 230 mm high. the vessel has warped as bit as I turned it, adding to the uniqueness!
All of the latest Indian Mahogany seemed to have quite a
coarse grain but with some lovely interplay beteen sap and heartwood.
The trick is to see if I can take advantage of it.
